The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the industry organization that develops the standard forms used in Ontario real estate transactions (including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale), advocates for real estate professionals and homeowners, and provides training and education to REALTORS® across the province.
OREA forms are the accepted standard in Ontario residential real estate transactions. OREA works alongside RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario), which is the regulatory body.
