In 2012, Tracey helped me find my home in Waterloo.  This year I wanted to sell that home and downsize.  The market is tough in Waterloo.  Bidding wars are still common.  Tracey provided great advice and knew the market and current trends.  That is vital to setting your home price and knowing what to pay for your next house.  My home sold in 2 days and over ask.  Buying a new home in a lower price range was challenging as most had multiple offers.  Tracey was bang on for what each home would likely sell for and guided me on my successful offer.
