A Bold Career Shift
Before entering real estate, Tracey taught in the Biology Department at Wilfrid Laurier University. However, in 2006, she decided to leave teaching behind and embark on a new full-time career in real estate. At the time, some friends and colleagues considered the move “crazy.” Nevertheless, Tracey never looked back. Instead, she discovered that helping others was her “True North,” perfectly aligned with her deep commitment to family and community.

In her first year as a realtor, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year. Fast forward nearly 20 years, and she has earned numerous sales and achievement awards, including the prestigious Chairman’s Club for Royal LePage (top 1% in Canada). While these awards are gratifying, what hasn’t changed is her excitement about and commitment to helping others with their real estate journey. Excellence, strategy and empathy are the keys to her success!
A Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, Tracey loves being outside in nature, reading, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering in our amazing and diverse community. She is a Past Chair of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region, is twice past Chair of Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region, and is a current Director of Cornerstone Association of Realtors. Travey is a committed fund-raiser for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which supports Women’s Shelters across Canada, as well as Domestic Abuse Prevention Education programs for young people.
