Corrections Policy
We want everything on myhomeinkw.com to be accurate and up to date. If something is wrong, we will try to fix it quickly. Please review our policy if you have any questions about how we manage updates or corrections.
What this covers
All content we publish — blog posts, neighbourhood guides, market data, agent bios, FAQs, and listings. It does not apply to third-party content or MLS/Realtor.ca listings.
Types of corrections
- Factual errors — fixed as soon as we find them.
- Outdated information — key pages are reviewed and updated when needed.
- Typos and formatting — corrected quietly as part of routine maintenance.

Feedback Policy
We want to hear from you. Whether you’ve spotted an error, found a broken link, disagreed with something we wrote, or have an idea for a topic we should cover, your feedback helps us improve the site and serve our community better.
What we welcome
Corrections to factual errors, outdated information, or broken links. Suggestions for blog topics, neighbourhood guides, or buyer and seller resources you’d like to see. Questions about content we’ve published. Comments on what’s working well or what could be clearer. Accessibility issues that make the site harder to use.
How to reach us
Use the contact form at myhomeinkw.com/contact-us. For corrections, please include the page URL and a brief description of the issue. For topic suggestions, a sentence or two about what you’re hoping to learn is enough — we’ll take it from there.
How we respond
We read every message. We try to publish updates promptly once we’ve verified the issue. For topic suggestions, we may not reply individually, but we keep a running list of ideas. For questions about specific properties, the market, or working with our team, we’ll connect you with the right agent.
What we won’t do
Publish unverified claims, even when submitted in good faith. Share your contact information or feedback publicly without permission. Engage with messages that are abusive, defamatory, or clearly spam. Provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
Corrections and updates
For minor edits like typos or formatting, we update silently. We don’t remove published content unless it’s factually wrong, legally problematic, or no longer accurate enough to leave up.
