Carriage Crossing, Waterloo: Neighbourhood Guide, Homes for Sale & Market Stats

Carriage Crossing: Country lifestyle, city convenience in east Waterloo

Carriage Crossing and Country Squire sit east of RIM Park, bounded by the Grand River. Country Squire is the older and more rural of the two. Acreage-sized lots, mature landscapes, and spectacular homes deliver privacy rarely found this close to the city. Carriage Crossing is newer and more contemporary. High-end homes feature a unique freehold-condo ownership structure and a polished finish.

Together they deliver a country lifestyle with city convenience — the definition of having it both ways. RIM Park, Grey Silo Golf Course, and the Grand River all sit on the doorstep. Few Waterloo communities match this combination.
